After a long investigation at his home town I have exposed Wes for what he is.  Selling banned substances at schools, photos will follow but right now Wes is talking to Chautauqua's best detective.  So yes, no more Wegman's Sushi for our Wes, only stale prison food.

MONDAY-GO TO GYM LIKE PSYCHO KILLER WHOSE DOG GOT RAN OVER.

BACK HURTS.FUCK IT.8 PLATES ONE LEGGED LEG PRESS=20 reps new PR.......made Layne norton look like a quiet shy kid..........made some fucking noise.

Now I`ve spent $600.00 on materials to repaie shit.got campstove can eat.......back on track but hate everyone I see with a passion..gotta` get my meds or end up like Avesher!  :)

See you when I can and just know I`ll be training my fucking balls ofgf like never before.

Gene tore his ACL...nasty,he sent me a pic :D...he had surgery and is doing rehab :(
we were suppose to do a warrior dash in Sept but it happened before then.
