it's getting good reviews, but more importantly, pitt is getting GREAT reviews for his performance.

he consistently puts in oscar worthy performances in most films that he's in. should have at least two of the fuckers sat on his mantlepiece by now i reckon $:-\$

it looks bloody fantastic

He's an underrated actor , was great in Interview with a Vampire , and Inglorious Basterds and Se7en and the Assassination of Jesse James

Overall, he is a very good actor. I would put him at the top of the list. He is diversified and could play many different roles/characters.

This looks great, if it stays even a little bit to the original book(Coogan's Trade by Higgins) it should be a good show and Pitt is always a solid performer. I find him to be in the workman class of actors, not always great, but not bad either.

Higgins's also wrote "The Friends of Eddie Coyle" which was turned into a Mitchum film in the 70's, also a good watch. If you like Scorsese style crime films, you will like his work.

Inglorious Basterds was a brilliant movie. rewriting history like none other. funny too.

I posted this on the E board...when I first saw trailer I was impressed. I think its going to be good.

I've been rooting for him to get an Oscar for the longest time......I hope this will be it. it depends on how many other strong contenders he'll be going against.......another guy that needs an Oscar is Leonardo
