Legs need to grow. His forearms will never be as impressive as Heath's. Heath is better than people give him credit. Yes he is narrow but his proportions are very good and probably the best at the moment.

Great Physique, personally I would prefer to look like this kid than Phil Heath.  Phil used to look good at the beggining of his career, he now carries to much size for his frame and lacks proportion.  Phil's arms are too big, and his chest too small, the look is compounded by the fact Phil has narrow shoulders.

Obviously good response and access to good quality Supplements but at a guess what age do you think he got on the good stuff ? Just a guess as only he will ever know.

With very good response I would think 3 - 4 years continuous use there.

Haven't seen any back pics. Yeah i think he could be an O. He has plenty of time to bring up his weak points. The detail is there, he needs more size on his legs as first priority and a thicker chest. I think he comes from money, so i doubt he is going to be going through any down time. Gym pics aren't contest pics though.
