Genetics. He's a linebacker. Naturally big and insanely much faster for a guy his size than an average joe...Genetics, drugs, food, rest and training.  It helps to be black...no racist.

Training is about 100x's more advanced than bodybuilding training.

haha, just a little, Wiggs  ;) :). You're a good guy!

But that guy Beason is a beast. Its amazing what science could do. Weighs 200+ pounds and moves as quick as someone who weighs 150pds. Shit, even the lineman who weigh 300+ pounds move damn quick!
