Protein and or MRP.....
I like to use caffeine pre; if not coffee, then I take a 200mg caffeine tablet - hence my inclusion of caffeine here as a supplement. I also consume BCAA's about 30 mins. out, and about 50g dextrose just prior to beginning.
Supplemental protein is a custom blend of casein, beef, whey, and whole egg solids.
I don't use fat-burners.
