#3 never had kids and never paid alimony because it was always a "no fault" divorce agreement and they had a similar income to mine.

I know a few teachers.  They (from my own experience) completely lack any common sense, and are extremely unrealistic.

No I sold my townhouse ( off Grassdale) and moved in with my fiance , who is NE of Atlanta.
Cartersville has some excellent housing values. You can get a decent 2-3 BR townhouse for 40-50K .
I enjoyed living there, but her place was a 5 BR house on 3 acres of woods.
She loves the place and didn't want to sell, so I did.
