AFL-CIO has a "Street team" on election day that they send out.   They put these goons in jackets, bright yellow shirts, etc and they stand guard in packs outside the polling place w huge placards, etc just at 100 feet and tell people "to vote the right way"

how did you know they weren't citizens and what happened whe you reported it ?
of course you know that even citizens who aren't registered to vote or voting in the wrong place would be breaking the law but we know that happens so rarely as to not even be an issue

In N.Y. at least its broken down by precincts and there is a book both parties have and know who the registrations are for.   They know who shows up and who doesnt.  They know who is requesting the absentee ballots etc.
