I normally get Dominos on Sunday while I watch football, but their system was down, and they told me I had to call back in 15 minutes... and well fuck, I couldn't wait 15 fucking minutes more for my pizza!  So I went with Papa Johns (Kinda think I shoulda waited though cause it wasn't as good!)

This morning it was back to 4 eggs, and grilled chicken in a little!

Nice. Im in the same boat.  

Only at 2 "meals" yesterday

Bob Evans: 4 pancakes, Omlette with ham and peppers, no cheese, hash browns, 3 buscuits w/jelly and putter

Then a few hours and a blunt later, I went to Five Guys and had the burger and fries, followed by 4 chocolate chip cookies.

Feel like crap today. No legs for me, chest and triceps and CARDIO

Btw... whatever happened to your Lifesty Family Fitness after LA Fitness took over?

Ours is still open but they changed the hours and its so annoying!

M-Th (used to close at 11) now closes at 9
Firday (used to close at 10) now closes at 8

Back in my heyday, I used to order 2 mediums from Domino's with mushrooms, onions and extra sauce... eat both of them, then eat 1 pint of Ben & Jerry's fudge brownie for dessert.  I'd probably die if I tried that now.

When you're young, your body handles high calories/carbs much more effeciently than it does when you're older... you young whippersnappers better enjoy it now while you still can.

What shitty hours. The main LFF I go to is closing October 1st! WTF???  It was the BEST LFF in Clearwater/St. Pete. There is an LA Fitness about a mile from LFF but the vibe there blows! Im looking for a new gym. Powerhouse has two bomb ass gyms in Tampa but it would be a long ass ride for me! Sucks ass
