Ughhh...
This is exactly all I ate yesterday (Nothing more, nothing less):
1 Extra Large Cheese Pizza from Papa John (While watching my Redskins get smoked by the fucking Bengals)
1 Cinnapie with extra frosting from Papa John
2 Pepsi One cans
1 whole turkey sub from Jimmy Johns
1 Golden Graham Cereal bar
1 Gatorade bottle
Plus, I stayed up until 2:45 am playing video games, then had to get up today at 7:30 am for work!
I feel like total shit right now!!!
Whats worse... its fucking leg day when I hit the gym later!
This morning it was back to 4 eggs, and grilled chicken in a little!
Nice. Im in the same boat.
Only at 2 "meals" yesterday
Bob Evans: 4 pancakes, Omlette with ham and peppers, no cheese, hash browns, 3 buscuits w/jelly and putter
Then a few hours and a blunt later, I went to Five Guys and had the burger and fries, followed by 4 chocolate chip cookies.
Feel like crap today. No legs for me, chest and triceps and CARDIO
