"The first impact on the rock wall woke me up pretty quickly."

"No words to describe how lucky I am feeling right now..."

"I am doing okay. At the hospital now getting some X-rays on my left shoulder. It took a pretty good impact and is very bruised."

What a horrible crash and I am glad to hear he is ok.
I just hope he comes back to hard traning soon and is more careful behind the wheel in the future.

Anyone who falls asleep at the wheel is a fucking retard, there is a time for sleeping, and being in control of a motor vehicle at 40mph+ on a public road is not one of them. Darwinism at work... unfortunately innocent motorists or pedestrians may also be hit.

He is ok.

"Released from hospital. Nothing is broken. No major head trauma. Just extensive bruising on left hand, arm, and shoulder. A few other bruises here and there and a few cuts and scrapes but I will be okay. Just going to be very sore."

A few weeks after a show I am extremely tired all day and tend to fall asleep a lot. No idea if this was the case though, but he did just get done dieting. Its difficult if you're not use to driving long distances either.. It was hell for the first couple months driving 3 hours to see my girlfriend, I needed about 3 energy drinks to make it.. Now I can do it without anything right before bed no problem.
