Any skinny twinks here ever try it?
2 quarts of whole milk, a days supply of weight gainer/protein, 2 cups of skim milk powder, and blend.
Add 2 eggs, 4 tablesppons of PB, half a brick of ice cream, 1 Banana, 4 tablesppons of malted milk powder, 6 tablespoons of corn syrup.
Apparently it makes 10 drinks you should take during the day.
