ronnie won his pro card drug free and competed as a pro drug free for along time. then he asked flex wheeler how and what do the top guys who always win do it. flex took ronnie under his wing and taught him the ropes.
got that from watching an interview of ronnie/flex and shawn ray.

I had actually believed that coleman was natural in his early years, but that was a while back when I was a naive little boy. The only reason he stands out is his muscle shape - he was no bigger than any of the other bodybuilders until 2003 or so, which is when he ramped up the gh/insulin.
