I remember (no homo) when top bodybuilders came in cut with emaciated faces. Nowadays insulin blow up dolls are in fashion complete with shitty separation and bloated faces.

Damn! Phils nose is huge! Geez I bet he coud snort some fat lines of coke.that nose size is just not right. I have heard of HGH gutt but HGH nose? this is a new one for me.
