First the test for the FDNY was racist because it actually required the applicants to be able to read and do basic math. Some liberal shitbag judge has effectively ended new classes in the FDNY until further notice.

As if that wasn't insane enough, the only decent places to get a public education in New York City are now under attack by assorted leftist shitbags because the entrance exam is too hard.  

Oh-- and not because the exam is racist-- but because blacks cant seem to pass the exam.

Where the fuck does it stop? Water down the requirements for every single educational institution and profession in the country until functionally illiterate blacks make up the majority of everything and America completely collapses? Should Whites and Asians start colonizing the Moon?

30+ years of affirmative action, trillions of dollars wasted on government programs, urban initiatives, free cell phones, etc.-- and when blacks still can't compete with other groups, the solution is to file a lawsuit because it's "unfair" that some people are simply better than others on an individual basis.

Liberals don't give a fuck about equal opportunity. All they care about is eliminating failure from the equation in order to UNEQUALLY skew results for certain groups so they can buy their votes. Basically, this lawsuit says that the test isn't racist-- but blacks can't pass, so the criteria should be changed.

Maybe instead of standardized testing, they should have the applicants play one on one basketball with the Dean of students.
