I remember watching: Kiana Tom's Flex Appeal, American Muscle Center, Body shaping, Flex Workout, etc.. on ESPN and Prime Ticket. Seeing them all train at the Powerhouse Gym on Main HB. miss those days  I knew Kiana........ |

 Dad and the Fat Son. Tanja had a strength move error and dropped to 5th but had the better physique this year. Adela had one error and won. |

actually, the knock was tanja never had the physique to beat adela. that's why she was always second. if they both had an error this year and tanja had the better physique, then how the fuck she ends up in 5th? |
