Kai got a lot sharper as Phil stayed the same. Again though something about Phil's abs look off.

Kai is crisper in the thighs and lats. Kai just might take this. If Phil wins he wins on his overall shape vs Kai.

It's close and I would have no problem with Kai winning because he is looks thick and wide first and foremost. And, from what I see on my screen here, more conditioned than Phil! Phil is not as sharp as last year and Kai has improved.

like i said before after 2nd place its a toss up. pretty even field this year, but the quality of physiques overall is very good.

I think he edges him out on the front, they're even in the back. close contest, i don't like the way Kai's abs fade and the way his chest looks (no homo).
