I bumped into Overeem in August in Atlanta as we were both transiting in the airport. I was surprised at how 'normal' he looked to me. I'm 5'11 and it didn't feel like he towered over me, and wasn't all that muscular - not as much as when he's in fighting shape.
He was nice enough to give me 5 minutes of his time - although I don't think he was too comfortable with some stranger saying "Hey Alistair!"
Man, thats surprising. I'm 6'3 and when i'm next to him, he's got a few inches on me and makes me feel small. He's defintely down in size, but he's still a big,wide dude. |

Chad told us all years ago how great Greg Kovacs was and that he was in his best shape ever right before a show.lol. If I remember right, Chad was telling people on MM that Kovacs was better than Ronnie a couple weeks out of the show.lmfao. Epic delusion |
