Firing is not enough, justice will be served when he is dragged to court on assault charges.

John McNesby, president of Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5, has said that the union would appeal the decision and that he was optimistic that Josey would get his job back.

Their is no penalty for the organised criminals - oopps! I mean Police.

except.... there is.. He got fired. That's a penalty. That the union president thinks he will get his job back..speculation.
