"Life" by definition is typically 20 years behind bars, did his sentence read "life without the chance of parole"  ? Whats the point if he can't redeem himself? |

Maybe he's "living the life" in that st kitts shithole jail, 14 to a dark shithole of a cell?! You know like 'what the heck', Richard Speck (remember him?!) He and his black 'wife' went gangbusters with drugs, female estrogen sex hormones and taped themselves to live to tell the tale! Incredible! Maybe Fox keeps on living the dream so he can stay in contact with his daughter etc assuming they keep in contact? |

bertil fox at his all time best wouldnt stand a chance vs phil in contest shape.
not in a single pose.
Fox had great chest and arms Besides conditioning, he lacked back, legs, was also not very wide, which his huge traps and pecs made look even narrower Back then, guys lacked hams, backs were not as good (with exceptions), delts were much smaller But... Better question, IMO, would be: how would Heath do in Fox's day ? Sans slin, gh, and other exotic stuff. I think Heath wouldn't turn pro |

he was known to lift heavy weights but to be honest his form was a bit loose from what i have seen ..however still a Beast . |
