That's a fair question man. Every women/relationship is different (I say nothing new, I know), so it's hard to create a perfect image of a relationship, and don't forget: that lovely woman has her own wishes too(!), so it's always a little give and take.
I like a healthy, funny & intelligent woman with a life of her own for a LAT relationship, preferably without kids or a child wish, someone for good conversations/laughs, outdoor activities and of course great sex.  
Best advice I can give, close your eyes and visualize a great relationship.
