I can get gas for 3.73 today just down the street in the OC. There might be a bump or two but barring refinery issues it should drop for awhile.

In Brazil, a gallon would be costing $5,27, but brazilian gasoline comes watered down with 25% etanol (if the gas station is honest), so take that in consideration.
