Jay is way past 30. I dont think you read the title fully - says 'under 30'

In the near future, we will be lucky to have (healthy) pros under 30, much less O contenders.  I really hope the up and coming bbers see the ages of the past Mr. O's and realize it's a long road - save your kidneys and liver...
