I've noticed they all go in with a full head of black, brown whatever colour hair, and come out grey and aged. I can only imagine the demands placed on them, ...both by their handlers, ...and the requirements of the Presidential Beauty Pageant. Keeping the people happy, while serving your puppet master's interests has gotta take the wind out of any head of state's sails.
