but dlb is the opposite

I agree with everything you said. A womans main target area when doing legs should NOT be quads. A small quad workout is ok but the focus should be more on the back (hamstrings).

DLB is all front and no back. No hamstrings, no calves, and no ass. But hey, like you said, she still got a ring on her finger. lol

Growth of a lot of things: nose, penoris lol, neck, hands, jaw, etc.

Lenda definitely knew how to be sexy even with all those muscles. Not into that look on a female but it was the way she carried herself.
