b) why is she working her wheels so close to a show? And if she is, why would she do inflating-type high repetition sets ... and more sets? Just a few low-rep (but very heavy) sets would help preserve what she has but not add risk that her legs wouldn't lose the bloat and get more muscular by contest time.
c) as usual, another "champion" who has only a basic understanding of what she is doing. But she lectures many with her expertise (oh, brother),
