I do not follow women's BB or Physique....except this year. A friend of mine GF competed last weekend against Dana and another friend owns a gym in the Phoenix area that is a big promoter of Dana's. This girl has done a serious and effective self promotion...big credit. However, she has skinny legs with fat deposits over her knees and a flat boyish ass. I am surprised she finished as high as 2nd.

because you said please..... i have one set made up of 8 -10's and 4-2.5's  one set made up of 8-10's and 4-7.5's. and one set made up of 12-10's and 4 5's.. 2 of the sets should be visible on db rack a lot more sets neatly scattered around.
