What I blame obama for is enacting an agenda that scares the living shit out of business people to the point where no one will do anything until he is gone.    

For example - I don't only do debt collection.  A lot of times - I get a client for liens and construction work, then they ask me "Hey - you do real estate?"   "Can you handle this lease issue for me?" "Can you help me buy this business?"  "My sister is buying a house - can you handle that for her?" "I'm looking to go into this new venture - can you draw up the paperwork and review the contracts?"


Because that ghetto communist has scared so many businesses into hibernation - those conversations are less and less because less business is being conducted overall.

So I have the work - its collecting that is harder since there is less to collect.  If I get a judgment for $1,000,000 against a defunct business or property owner under water and in foreclosure - so fucking what.   its still nothing to me.
