You're the one with the thread, claiming Biden destroyed. If the polls actually supported your claim, you wouldn't look so silly by saying such mess.

When you can easily point out an error in a poll, you do so. Oversampling Dems in areas where their turnout isn't normally as high as that poll's makeup is SCREAMS of biased reporting.

So once again, please explain why three of these four polls, reported so far, have RYAN as the winner.

As stated earlier, CNN's normal viewership, per a Pew poll of 2009, is 51% Dem, 18% GOP, 27% independent. Do you actually think that is a breakdown of the country at large?

31% Dem ad 33% Republican is closer to what the makeup of this country is, politically speaking.

When we talk about oversampling, we are talking about breakdowns via state and/or by the country, overall, not CNN's normal viewership.

okay...no contest.....Joe Biden destroyed Ryan in this debate tonight...you can't spin this any other way and if you try you have lost total credibility.......he had the facts....and he was on the offensive.....Biden has so much experience and Ryan looked really really lost there....

Biden also helped Obama tremendously.....

I just think the polls which have Obama ahead are suspect....I am for Obama but I have to admit there is a real feeling in the country right now that there is time for a change....Romney will be the wrong type of change but the country will get what it deserves

This debate served the purpose of getting Dems who were demoralized from Obama's lackluster performance to get motivated again

In the end this debate won't matter one bit

the last two Presidential debates are all that matter now and of course getting people to actually vote

I expect that Obama will be more aggressive in the next two debates

I think the moderator of this debate did a very good job.  She knew her shit on the topics and did a decent job with follow up questions and also of keeping them on track with getting to each topic on the agenda

btw - did anyone catch the weird way that Ryan "recited" his obviously very carefully scripted answer on abortion

The message of course being that the the Romney/Ryan agenda would be to overturn Roe v Wade and have each state impose their own limits on abortion with their obvious preferred choice being the total outlaw of abortion in all circumstances

Yes, they want to government off your back and out of your lives except in cases where they want the government to totally control your lives on issues that they belive in
