Ive had a few very minor health problems that have casued me to re-think the whole things. As time marches on, the less i care about being hte strongest guy in the gym and am more concerned with being the happiest.
On the advise of a fellow time traveller, I have decided to give vegatarianism a go and am dabbling in Kriya Yoga. Only been doing it two weeks or so, but im feeling more mellow already 
personally i dont go for the "mellow" feeling
i enjoy high octane energy consumption
i can eat everything im not super obese and women still gawk at the way my arms fill out a shirt but im not getting any fatter because im so active
my basal metabolic rate cannot be increased any further, the amount of fat i carry burns an extra 2000 calories a day so that means i can endulge because of my metabolism is maxed out
i dont have any blood pressure issues or anything of that nature, my system is cleaned out with 3 pyramid shits in the morning sometimes one at night
i dont have to worry, i dont obtain any heme iron, i always look on packaged food to see if it has eggs in it, i quickly omit those products, even raspberry filled krispy kreme doughnuts are egg free
i say go for the high octane energy approach arisol, you wont gain much fat in your face youll gain some in your body thats the beauty of being a vegetarian, you will still have good facial feature futures
