Depends, above 15% then you could probably run a deficit of 1500-2000, start getting lower then 500-1000.

Since the medical community always gave 1200 kcals per day as the minimum long term sustainable level, that would have my vote.

1600 for men

500 it is. I know its good cause' I read it on the internet somewhere, but I have to take their super expensive and secret fat burner or else I wont lose weight.

No one can seem to figure out that they're losing weight because they're only eating 500 calories, not because of the super secret fat burner.

to lose 2lbs per week you need to have a defecit of 1000 per day so that's what I aim for. If you are natural then your muscle is not going to waste away anywhere near as quickly as some of you are making out, in reality you just have less under all the fat than you were expecting...
