ah thats the key, some people dont know how to get exstremly lean drug free! HINT my back is by far my best bodypart, i already have a complete christmas tree and viens shooting down throughout my back, but ill save it for 4 weeks! also remember this is just a mach contest prep to see where im at, i plan on adding 10 lbs of muscle by next summer with a microscopic waist!

You can't win shows just with a nice set of abs.. I admitt i was off at the hollywood show, but i still stepped on stage and got it done.. Alot of guys would not step ontage unless they were 100% ready.. In Toronto i was harder and leaner, but still not sherreded to the bone.. When i finally do get it right, and i do come in sherreded to the bone. Watch out;)

why musclemania? they both have tv coverage and supposedly last yr they had 1500 people attend the show in vegas!
