Would you please consider making funk51 a moderator on the History Board? He certainly has the knowledge, interest, and generosity in information sharing.
I believe he could spark some interest and generate some traffic to this board.

well Steve Reeves was even at 16 well on his way with his outstanding shape. I think his routines are very hard..3 Day a week but quite a lot of exercises. If you are going for this look i would do an upper/lower as i wrote before. I do a 3 day split routine and the days off i have are perfect for me to recover AND most importantly i am always looking forward to my next workout. A great book by Steve reeves is "Building the Classic Physique the natural way" ISBN 1-885096-10-0 a great read.
