Congrats on your successful date  Ha ha ha. Not so much. it was my first show in NPC, and only one, since I was clean. Came in last but it was a good experience overall and I did get in great shape considering where I started from and had not a freaking clue what i was doing. |

Coleman always looks like a female bodybuilder (chick with a dick) in rear relaxed shots. I think it's the over-sized buns and soft appearance that does it. |

Unlike you I actually saw Yates hitting the pose in person a month later at the 1993 EFBB British Championships in London and all I can say is his physique has yet to be matched. Coleman got his ass kicked by a one hit wonder in 2002 and again by a fridge in 2006. |
