The best version of RC beats the best version of DOZ. Dorians conditioning was unmatched, but his muscle shape was downright ugly. |

Nah. Sorry, but plenty of guys had more complete arms. Ronnie might've had the biggest circa '03-'04, but he never had the crazy triceps poses to match his biceps. |

his tris never looked great posed in the side tri but in every other pose he was the boss thats why he is always no 1 on 90% o greatest arm lists his tris were bigest but didnt have a pronounced lateral head.. just watch any of his dvds |

Dorian looks like shit in some poses because of his delts which are poorly shaped.
They both look like shit, but Ronnie Coleman is better.

no triceps I didn't say that, man  I said his triceps poses weren't as good as some others. His arms are among the very best, but THE best, and by a country mile? No. His side-triceps would need to at least approach his biceps poses for that distinction, at least IMO. It was good when he was still Ronnie -- striated to the hilt -- but had nowhere near the pop many other bodybuilders do in that pose. Paul DeMayo is a good example. |
