Introduction from Pulling Weight

Hi I've been reading this forum for a while now but like many 40 something old farts I'm not too good with computers. Finally got my daughter to register for me. Mainly I'm a big guy that likes to lift heavy weights!!! I'm starting to get back in to shape and plan on competing in the Scottish games next year. I can answer your questions abt strength training whether be as simple as increasing ur bench by a few pounds or good old gossip. Peace. -Pulling Weight

how many sponsors u have? I make a living doing what I love. For guys like u it's a hobby. Start pulling weight and quit dropping plates!!!

I enjoy some good natured ball busting but pencil neck geeks like droppingsplates really piss me off. I'm a serious lifter not a damn hobbyist!!! I know there's some other strong guys on her like chaos that are in to serious strongman style lifting
