Obama for many reasons, but mainly because when it comes to foreign policy(really the only policy a president has considerable control of) Romney is a total dunce.

exactly. he doesnt understand how to the world community works. the anti-american sentiment throughout the entire globe was growing and growing and growing and reached an apex towards the end of Bush jr.s second term. the day Obama won the election the world's opinion of the united states did a complete 180 from disgust to admiration.
