When I was 18 (although doing well at university, I was hooked on coke, selling weed to fund this, generally depressed - had a pretty poor upbringing) Jesus found me to be honest, I went to a local event put on by chritians in my town, at the end I prayed something along lines of 'Jesus if you're real, I repent of every sin, come and help me/change me'
I got up from that prayer completely a changed man, couldn't even touch a cigarette it was a powerful experience. 10 years on, still a christian and following Christ.

Married 5 years. Solid girl, parties with me all over the world, keeps up, even makes her own money as a nurse practitioner. This was key for me having a girl that doesn't have to work at all BUT wants to. Not sure why this is such a turn on for me but it is.
