Falcon black bean burrito recipe

one big ass tortilla

have some black beans already pre cooked

use in these proportions

5 parts black beans 1 tb of melted butter
3 parts sharp cheddar cheese
nice couple of huge dashes of unsalted chili powder
few table spoons of chopped onions or use alot of onion powder
tb of garlic powder or use garlic
little dash of cayeenne pepper
some mild salsa 2-3 table spoons
drizzle some texas pete for a nice zing
put 3 or 4 small drops of ketchup not much

i still have plenty of fat to lose i barely have the time to lift but im still larger and healthier than idiots like galenko

i havent had any new chest hair greys in 5 years they all came from smoking and eating meat

Ive been juicing (juicer, not roids) and eating vege meals, with meat once a month.
My acid reflux went away, no more cholesterol meds.
Meat and lots of dairy kill.

You are correct on this one. I'm a lot less popular with women than when I was at a higher BF percentage. I have the added disadvantage of not having much facial fat to begin with. Cheeks are sunken in heavily
