Why did someone have to write Oreos and Peanut butter when i'm dieting  :'(

That actually sounds great.

Maybe some vanilla ice cream thrown in aswell

you can still eat the oreos and peanut butter brother, just as long as you keep your cal intake below maintenance levels

thanks for the pointer, but i'm an alcoholic so red wine wouldn't work for me

but i'm curious, would grape juice or some other kinda juice give a similar effect?

I'm not sure grape juice has the vasodilator properties that wine (alcohol) does.  Maybe someone else can speak to this?

negative my sexy modess...

alcohol is the dilator... dry red wine is a common choice as it has 0 carbs and is gluten free (no risk of extra bloat)

stay sexy my friends

LOL!!
Are you doing a show, brother, or is this a "Summer diet?"

 ;D

It wasn't particularly planned to be honest! My doctor put me on very strict gluten & sugar free diet to go along with some medication i'm taking for ongoing neurological problems. I figured out that if i'm going to be 'dieting' a whole bunch of enjoyable foods for at least 6 months, I may as well just cut up at the same time.

It's proving to be a great incentive though, as cutting out sugar & cakes for the sake of health alone is probably not enough to hold me for 6 months.........ending up at 6% in time for my summer holidays - well that's a different story!  :D
