Our nation is reaching an inflection point; successful guys are now ashamed of their wealth and success, wearing flip flops and cargo pants; not only "greed" isn't good anymore but anything that flirts with  achievement is frowned upon. Our kids are given trophies for showing up and "rules" are being put in place to prevent any form of competition not only in schools but in the workplace as well.

Socialism. Pure and simple. "Pay your fair share". What is your fair share? I paid over $64k in taxes last year. More than the average household income in all zip codes in my county. Yet; I'm told that illegals  DESERVE THE RIGHT to go to schools I literally finance every year.  In the meantime small businesses are being told to "save up" to support socialism right around the corner.

Ross Perot got 19% of the vote in 1992 running as an independent based solely on the fact that he was a rich guy. He'd be lucky to get 5% today.  The democrat party has succeeded in demonizing the "rich"
