Why's everybody always talking about Tom Prince? Is he a homo? I recently became a bodybuilding fan so I don't know anything about him.

Guys i cannot believe some of these comments. Not pro Material!!!! Dave Henry quilified for the biggest show in the ifbb world!!!! he has prvoen himself more than once as one of the top giant killers cureently competing in our sport. Dave Henry does'nt need to be 220lbs to place top 3 in a pro show either in 2006. He beat alot of guys this year between 240 and 270lbs and i know you might think, well he did'nt beat anyone with a big name, ie myself, but at the Olympia he came back the day after the wild card event to finish in the top 15. Dave Henry is an Olympian and a damn good bodybuilder. I am 100% sure alot of you guys are just going off pictures of Dave, but i have competed against him 2 or 3 times now and we shared the same room at the wild card event where we pumped up. When Dave stripped down, there i am 250lbs and Armin Sholzt at 270lbs and we looked at each other and could'nt believe the mass and condition of this guys who would not have been 200lbs tops.

Dave has gone up to I believe 735lbs on rack deads

Dave knows where he must go here. We are looking at 214-220lbs onstage (he was near 230lbs last offseason so he is making his way up)

Although the MD article stated what Dave did in one workout you have to look at the big picture, Dave trains back twice as often as most pro bodybuilders. So whereas most other bbers train back 52 times a year, Dave trains back up to 91 times a year. We do in 2 workouts what most people do in one. But we grow twice in 8 days while everyone else grows once. (Not trying to start a training argument, just explaining the method to the madness)

Lastly Dave is a great guy who never says a bad word about anyone...he is out there trying to do his very best as a bber and a person (something I feel alot of people should try to do (thats including myself)

The guy is an oustanding probber one of the few to come out of low end of mdwght class and 2-3 year's make a nice splash,yes he did what all pro's do to get big and in shape but it is still impressive.Next pro up from that class to do well will be erik byu?we'll see.

Bottom line Luke is it is all about conditioning. No amount of muscle is going to win a show unless you peak correctly. With that being said and all things being equal a perfectly peaked big guy will always beat a short guy.
