Compared to USA, in 1531 you guys were just starting to kill Indians to get more land to yourselves, then your "democracy" grow up to slavery and so on. I wonder why they have more wealth and peace than you guys. While you guys were busy to kill Indians, taking slaves, killing fellow Americans, etc. they have been busy to keep up the peace and wealth for all the people. Now they have one of the most peaceful nations while you guys are near yet another civil war, because you society is going down and fast. For example, you had a little storm in NY and Jersey, and millions of Americans runs out for looting shops and his neighbors property. In fact, you don't need even a storm to do that, just a power failure and fifteen minutes of darkness is enough to rob thousands of shops and apartments. In Switzerland they don't lock their front doors at all, because it is safe. Your version of freedom is quite weird.
