I can answer why I personally won't. I vote for who's constituents I feel I am close to. I look at all the trailer trash, ghetto thugs, and they all vote for Obama. That is not me. Call me selfish, but what I've done has got me where I am, and social programs are not something that I am into or want to be a part of. I don't consider any retirement from government (SS) as a given. I have my own money into several different investments which will help me later in life. I will have my house paid off in 12 years, and will own a few other pieces of propert by then. I have done well for myself, and believe everyone has those same opportunities, but most fail to capatalize on them. If, at some point, the powers that be decide that my money has to go to the poor, and that I have too much, I will pull the plug on this country and move. I like the idea of America, but those very ideals and freedoms that are guaranteed are what is going to cause the unravelling of this nation. What happens when the 47% become 55% and decide they don't want to work and that they will just live off of the government tit? If everybody gives up, this country turns to Mexico or India, and voting for Obama and his constituency is the first step down that road. My two cents, for whatever it's worth.
