can someone please deliver the link to evidence that white house directly ordered these poor folks not be helped while under attack?

i've seen the accusation and asked for days now, for that smoking gun link that shows the white house denied the help they requested.

at least tell us how many hours obama watched that drone circuling - was it really 7 hours that he knew about it?

Doesn't matter if it was the white house or someone in his chain of command - he is the POTUS.
