how about standing all fuckin day and do standing curls and standing lunges when done with standing around at work

I am doing a marathon soon.. does that make me a marathoner?  I'm pretty sure I will be sleeping before it and definitely not doing shit afterwards.. literally not moving.. maybe even sleeping again.  Probably sleeping

I ran a 1/2, that was far enough for me.   mine was a trail run so that made it a lot less gay.  ;D

 I did it so I could eat more food.

I like to run but 26.2 miles fuck that.  Does more damage than good no matter how "in" "shape" you are I wager.

Its absurd.  They should give the runners provisions and send them off into the bouroughs to deliver goods to those stranded.
