Who knows how that garbage is metabolized. But there is surely going to be a ton of renal and hepatic damage from hormona abuse, as well as diuretic abuse especially. He looked really conditioned year-round at his peak, and he was surely abusing everything including recs.

He's had total disregard for his health and now he's paying the price.

From Aaron:  He's still in ICU and is now breathing on his own but he is still not awake....possibly in a coma.  His family is currently at the hospital awaiting to see if he wakes up
