NPC/IFBB Sacramento - Info on show - Phil Heath Seminar - 11-3-12

Going to be a fun IFBB/NPC contest here in Sacramento today. Over 330 NPC competitors will take the stage here, and the finals are going to sell out like they usually do here at the Crest Theater in downtown Sacramento.

Phil Heath is coming to Sacramento, and there will be a Phil Heath / Hany Rambod Question and Answer seminar after prejudging up here in Sacramento. All donations go to benefit the Loma Linda Children's Hospital.  See some of you there.

So the 2012 IFBB/NPC prejudging schedule is as follows

8am - Final registration (Friday night over 300 competitors registered)
9am - Prejudging begins, with the following order

Fitness
Figure
Bikini
Womens Physique
IFBB Pro Bikini
Womens Bodybuilding
Masters Bodybuilding
Open Mens Bodybuilding
Novice Mens Bodybuilding
Mens Physique
Phil Heath Seminar



Finals are as follows

6pm - Evening show begins, with the following order

Bikini
Womens Physique
IFBB Pro Bikini
Womens Bodybuilding
