Just by looking at the first pic, I'd say he could be a natty, or at least clean for a long time. You can't see his stomach or chest because of the shirt, so he could be carrying a little fat there. But, if I only had to judge by arms, I'd say he could be clean.

Probably 18-19 at the most. Franco had around 18" guns and there's a pic of him with a tape measure. His arms were about the same size.

I think given the right genetics, this is possible natural, at least the proportions.

But Usually the type of man who can get to this size without artificial hormone use doesnt even try in the first place or doesnt attention whore online.

I would guess this guy is on glorified TRT that puts his test at the top range possible naturally, then prob. played with those testosterone boosters like superdrol every now and then.

Also these are not 20 inch arms maybe 19.5, with a pump

If he's a natural, he doesn't have 20"+ arms. Arnold at his peak had about 21-22"... he's close to Arnold?
