They are tested. There are ways to avoid getting caught if tested and some countries are not afraid of them but still, they are tested just like in any other sport. Some people are paranoid and they come off everything 2 weeks out and never use nandrolone or trenbolone during their prep. Especially from countries that do not provide "protection".

Trenbolone doesn't test positive for a long time like nandrolone. not even 3 weeks after my last dose i tested clean.
