Isn't he in pushing close to 40 or early 40's? Doubt they will let him win a Mr. O at this age. Does not have many schmoeing days left.

I am sorry but he is still way too small. It's all about short, packed with muscle guys. I don't say it should be this way, but it is.

Not sure if we ever had. Saw Arnold in person and he looked to be about 5'-11". If he was any taller he barely clipped 6'-0".

This is the only guy who could, on paper, win against Phil. Perfect genetics - short, aesthetic, no weak body parts except from calves. If he trained hard for a year, bulked up to a decent size and then came in perfect condition (which he never did) he would be Mr O.

Cedric has many structural issues, he doesn't look as good in front double biceps. Being next Tony Freeman is how how he will ever go.



I mean, cmon, 4 plates squats with straps for 6 reps with this depth? That's very close to my strength level considering straps alone give me 20kg extra kgs...

Of course, that's what I've said. Does not change the fact that structurally, there is no one except from him, Beyeke and Cedric who can beat Phil. No, Rhoden has his flaws as well, overrated.

Difference in legs shows exactly why 180kg for Kai is a easy pump up set in third or fourth exercise, ass to the grass with a pause at the bottom sometimes and for Curry it's last and final set for 6 fucking reps, lol.
