I am in Washington state and it is wonderful.

Pot shops are everywhere and they are packed with people.

In Seattle and Olympia people are smoking out all over the place. You no longer have to hide it at all. People are buying and selling it right out in the open.

Lots of people are growing it too. Sometimes you drive by a farm and you smell pot really strong, and you see packs of dogs guarding it.

It's gonna happen in every blue state soon. Oregon and california are next.

Lately, I've been hearing a lot about some synthetic drug that mimics pot called K2 & Spice. What's the story behind these drugs?

It's garbage created in a laboratory.

The only people who smoke it are dumb kids and crackheads who will smoke anything.

It's funny.  I live near a place where conventions are held all the time.  Especially gun shows and hunting expos-the neighbors all around sit on their porch smoke weed and people are walking on the street with rifles on their shoulders.

The cops don't even blink a eye.  It's a crazy scene at first but pretty cool really.  Now it's just common.

Yeah.  Even before the law change cops could pull people over for a DWUID I think it's called.  Under the influence of drugs.

On November 6 of 2012 it was legalized in the US, but in Canada, very same day, the Conservative government's omnibus bill passed which set mandatory minimums for as little as 6 plants (clones and seedlings count as plants too).

I know old people who are retired with more than 6 plants growing in their basement. They live off old age pension and social security. Technically, the government could put them in jail and spend dozens of thousands of dollars each year to keep them incarcerated. It's insane.

My growing license expired this past December but I haven't grown since I bought my new place. I have a garage full of brand new growing equipment that's never been used. I should sell it on eBay to the people down south. I still can't believe it's legal in the US but illegal here. We live in crazy times.

Amendemt 64  http://www.coloradoan.com/article/20121106/NEWS11/121106007/Colorado-voters-pass-pot-legalization-Amendment-64?odyssey=mod%7Cnewswell%7Ctext%7CFRONTPAGE%7Cp&nclick_check=1.

We have the Broncos and now weed, it just doesn't get any better.

You guys had dispensays selling weed for years down there but most of them got fucked with by the feds. We have dispensarys here you can buy from as well but you need a medical card, some places don't care if you have a card but those dispensarys usually get fucked. It is nice they are letting people from out of state buy a half ounce.Colorado is sounding nice these days but portland oregon, vancouver washington very similar and not as cold. we got the seahawks and the blazers both owned by paul allen.

Not really, Canada can't legalize on a federal level otherwise drug warrior Obama would close the borders. Gwb threatened the same back in 2003 (I think) And crietien shit himself and back peddled on legalization.

Harper is almost as totalitarian neocon as Obama and Canada's been ramping up the wod for years.. Pedos there get less jail time than growers.
